With my Life Counseling Sessions I will help you set a path upon which your body and mind may feel free and clear of some worries and stressors that life places upon us. I’m trained in a variety of holistic techniques that may assist your healing both mentally and physically.

Reiki is a healing technique based on the principle of free and uninterrupted energy flow and helps activate the natural healing processes in each person's body as well as to restore their physical and emotional well-being. As a Usui Reiki Master I may help you reduce your stress and anxiety, among other ailments.

With my Empathic Healing Sessions, people claim to feel relaxed and renewed after each session. I tailor your session to work on your specific goals and needs. I love showing my people whom I work with how just a few treatments can make an enormous difference to their health. I use a Mother's Love and at times crystals, drumming, a rattle and singing in my sessions.

As a national presenter on Community Collaboration and Team Building with Cornell University, I have had numerous hours of training and research in this field. I combine Native American traditions with Team Building activities and help your Agency become more unified and as a result more successful!
